Bicycle Ride and 5K Fun Run

This Bicycle Ride and Fun Run is the highlight of Mid-Winter, since 1970.
Do gray winter skies bring you down? Do you long for the days of April when you get your bike out and join others who have been longing for a good bike ride? Well ladies and gentlemen mark January 1, 2012 on your calendars! Bundle up and get those tires aired up! The Break-Away Bicycle Club is putting on the 42nd annual Polar Bear Ride/Run.
There are two routes to choose from, 15 or 25 miles. The ride will begin with a mass start at 9:45 AM followed by a 5K fun run at 12:00 PM. We will have a continental breakfast and a lunch for all those who participate. Pre-registration for the ride is $25 and includes a long sleeved T-shirt. Registration the day of the event is also $25, but does not include the T-shirt.
